Dissertation

For my fourth-year dissertation, I wanted to do something I was interested in and passionate about. Through some research and interest of mine, I found the topic of dyslexia in primary schools. I researched some reoccurring problems, and after growing up having dyslexia, it was easy to find some similar issues that were still out there today. In my dissertation, I designed a dyslexia support package for primary 3-4 that they can use independently in the classroom to help them learn.

• Professional  practice with the school through interviews and confidentiality

• Illustration and graphics for school and audience 

• Illustration and layouts for the sheets

• How the classroom environment works and how to design it accordingly
